Haruko Fujimoto: Born in Osaka, Japan,1929.
My husband and I with 2 years old son, Noboru( Nobby )moved to North America in summer of 1959.
Staying for 4 years in US., then we moved to Canada 1963. First in Winnipeg, Manitoba for 4 years and a half, then we lived in Guelph, Ontario for more than 28 years. We reside in Mississauga, Ontario now.
We have three sons, a daughter and 7 grandchildren though, only Nobby (eldest) and his family are living very close to our place.
I am a member of Westminster United Church of Canada in Mississauga.
I have many hobbies such as sewing, knitting, painting with oil or acrylic (landscape), traveling, swimming and computing which I started in March, 1998.
A month later, the Japanese version was also installed and I learned how to send e-mail in Japanese. I have joined a Japanese ML, and am a fairly active member.
With a strong support from a friend, we open[TorontoSeniorNet] ML in Japanese January 18, 2000, and am managing the net since.
